COVID-19: MSSN Calls for Lock Down as Nigeria Cases reaches 51



The Muslim Students’ society of Nigeria (MSSN) B Zone has called for a lock down of the country after observing the events since the outbreak of the dreaded coronavirus disease otherwise known as COVID-19 and the efforts of the governments to curtail the spread of the disease.

In a Press Release that was jointly signed by the Amir/Coordinator, Qaasim Odedeji, the Zonal Secretary Alh Abdul Jalil AbdurRasaq and Zonal PRO, Engr Bashir Momoh titled “COVID-19: IT IS TIME TO LOCK DOWN!”
The Zone further stated that All are strata have suspended their programmes in a bid to assist the ongoing efforts of the Government at all levels. “The zone and other strata under it have done a lot in supporting the efforts of government through enlightenment of its members and the general public while it has also put in suspension virtually all its programs and activities.”
“The society commends the federal government on its various efforts made so far to curtail the spread of the disease and also treat the infected.”
