Shuroh committee have been working on the selection of the new Executives that will run the upcoming 2019/2020 Administration.
Everyone was asking who is will I nominate for MSSN OAU Amir?
But now, nomination, interview of the nominees has ended and Shuroh committee are now working.
Our news correspondent was at OAU Central Mosque of Unity on Friday, 6th of December, 2019 to listen to the announcement of the new Executives. Sitting beside me was the Personal Assistant to Hajia Latifat Giwa Abiodun, Honorable Commissioner of Governor's Office, Owoade Monsur Muhammad.
The sermon was going on by Dr. Makinde of Religious Studies Department, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-ife Central Mosque of Unity. When he got the level of the announcement which is the general announcement that always done by the Imams, I was listening to him to let us know that after the Jum'ah the shuroh will announce the new Executives but nothing like this was announced.
After the conclusion of the prayer, I was looking forward towards the Minbar where Shuroh do stand to announce the executive, But nobody was found there.
Personal Assistant to the Commissioner for Governor's Office, Owode Monsur Muhammad was asking me who will Amir be? I replied, I don't even know. Current Naibul Amir (Admin and Planning) Adesola Mutairu, 300level Student of Business Administration Department also asked me the same question the PA asked me, my reply is I don't know since am not among the shuroh Committee. Am also asking myself who is Amir and Ameerah? I pray Almighty Allah make it easy for Shuroh to select who will lead the Administration and will elevate Islam on OAU Campus.
Abdussalam Fawaz Akolade, Part 3 Student of Computer Engineering department, called me yesterday night asking the same question. Oyedele Maryam part 2 Student of sociology and antropology department asked the same question when reading at Chemistry Ovule, White House OAU. My reply is the same, I don't know.
MSSN OAU is carrying a twin pregnancy, and we are waiting for the delivery of the two babies, Amir and Amirah. In the next two hours, those babies will be delivered and the answer to this frequently asked questions (Faqs) will be known.
